REGISTRATION
It takes courage to join a group and talk about our struggles, but it is worth the effort. All participants in the groups have difficulties with anxiety so we see ourselves in others, we understand and help each other respectfully and with confidentiality.
All groups are limited to 10-12 participants with two facilitators. Our services are free of charge. However, a $10 membership fee is required for all adults and for one parent in the case of youth workshops. In most adult workshops, the participant must also pay $40 for the workbook. Specific workshop times and locations are indicated in the schedule below and are confirmed by the workshop facilitator after registration.
The fall session schedule will be
available in early September.
The sessions take place in different rooms depending on the workshop: at the Centre Jean-Marc Ducharme, 21, rue Louise-Josephte, Vaudreuil-Dorion, and at the CJE, 400, boulevard Harwood, 26, rue St-Joseph, Les Cèdres.
